Aman Joea

Associate

Aman Joea is an associate with Poliquin & DeGrave LLP. Her focus is on a wide variety of practice areas, including defense of personal and catastrophic injury cases, wrongful deaths, truck and bus accidents, insurance litigation, insurance bad faith claims and construction cases.

Ms. Joea earned her Bachelor of Arts in Economics and in Political Science at the University of California, San Diego, in 2015. While in undergraduate, she double majored, graduated magna cum laude, and received the Ann Craig Award for Scholarship, Leadership, and Service. She received her Juris Doctor at the University of Southern California Gould School of Law in 2019, specializing in business law.

During law school, Ms. Joea worked as a Research Assistant, researching antitrust law and regulations, and as a Legal Research Teaching Assistant. She was an active member of Legal Aid Alternative Breaks and served in the Louisiana Civil Justice Center. During her first summer, she worked as a law clerk at the Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office, Employment Division. The following summer, she joined the largest business immigration firm, Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen & Loewy, LLP, where she worked for two years.

Ms. Joea is a member of the State Bar of California, the Orange County Bar Association and the South Asian Bar Association. She joined Poliquin & DeGrave in March of 2021.
